Privacy Policy

AJ Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in connection with the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).

Additionally, the Company may collect transaction and payment-related information containing personal data from business partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distribution companies).

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

  2. To respond to user inquiries (including identity verification).
  3. To send emails regarding new features, updates, promotions, and other services offered by the Company.

Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)

The Company may change the purpose of use of personal information only if the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose. In such cases, the Company will notify users or announce the change through an appropriate method on this website.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior user consent, except in the following cases:

  • When required to protect human life, body, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult.

  • When personal information is shared with a specific entity, and the details are notified or made easily accessible to users in advance.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

If a user requests disclosure of their personal information, the Company will respond without delay. However, disclosure may be refused in the following cases:

  • If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights of the user or a third party.
  • If disclosure significantly interferes with the proper operation of the Company’s business.
  • If disclosure violates other laws or regulations.

A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

Users may request corrections, additions, or deletions (hereinafter referred to as “corrections”) if they find their personal information held by the Company to be inaccurate. If the Company deems the request necessary, it will respond promptly. If a correction is made or if the Company decides not to make a correction, the user will be notified without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc.)

If a user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “suspension”) of personal information due to its handling exceeding the intended scope or being acquired by improper means, the Company will promptly conduct an investigation. If the request is deemed necessary, the Company will promptly implement the suspension and notify the user. If the suspension incurs excessive costs or is difficult to implement, alternative measures may be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The Company may change this Policy without prior notice to users, except where otherwise specified by law or this Policy. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
